New Podcast! Rise: Affirming the Spiritual Lives of Young People

...With our art, our music, our literature,
our stubbornness, our joy, our brilliance,
our sheer relentlessness, [our love] — and our ability
to tell our own stories...stories that are different
from the ones we’re being brainwashed to believe...
Another world is not only possible, she is on her way.
On a quiet day, I can hear her breathing. Arundhati Roy

Here it is, my first podcast! I have had to dance with quite a few demons to be able to produce and publish this podcast. The Love within continues to give me the energy and courage I need to put myself out there. And for this grace, I am grateful.

This podcast, Rise, is dedicated to the spiritual lives of young people. It is for anyone who is exploring their spiritual lives in embodied and creative ways. And for those of you studying the work of Soma, this is another resource to assist you in staying connected to the teachings of body and soul. This is a monthly podcast and will be published on the first Friday of every month.

Why name this podcast Rise? The feminine is on the rise today, she is emerging. The feminine is the creative soul of who we are. It is the expansive, immaterial space within us that can be experience and rooted through the body. I see her rising in this next generation and I offer this podcast and all of my teachings as a way to support Her emergence. We need to recover the soul of who we are for this planet. And the way to manifest and bring that soul forward is through our bodies. Please click on the posted link below and take a listen.

Jenny, Today I passed along your last blog to my current students and came home from work exhausted and ready for a nap. I found your podcast waiting for me, listened, participatedin the meditation and feel renewed, as if I had had a 2 hour nap. Thank you for your faithful and creative expressions of your spirituality and for leading others to discover theirs. Jim

Beautifully done Jenny! I got so much out of this, as I'm sure many others will. Though I am not young, maybe 'young at heart' would be a better description! At this point in my life I feel as if I am slowly breaking free from a cocoon. And I'm really trying to listen & trust my inner-voice. Your Pod cast touched on so many relevant things that are helpful. I'll listen a few more times, especially for the ending ~ great ending!
Thank you for blessing us with your awesome 1st-of-many pod cast!
